Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Clinical Quality Program Manager in Columbus.
Must be able to:
- Set strategic direction and achieve measurable results for quality work
- Oversee and manage member and provider programs
- Manage and oversee direct reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree or higher
- 5+ year Health care experience (health plan, managed care or provider based)
- 2+ years of experience leading project at a system wide level to improve with designing, implementing and deploying continuous quality improvement initiatives and or member care
- 2+ years directly managing staff
- 2 + years of experience working to analyze data and bring forward recommendations to leadership and other stake holders to influence improved care
- Intermediate skills in MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PP
