Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Clinical Recruiter in Cambridge.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates for both Contract and Direct Hire clinical roles
- Coordinating recruiting activities with Business Development Team
- Providing new recruiter training and mentoring
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel, both local and/or air travel may be required
- Bachelor’ s Degree
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Recruiting within the Staffing Industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written AND verbal)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
