Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years contact center software experience (sales, marketing, business development, product management)
- 5+ years of cloud, technical or digital business development/sales development experience
- 3+ years selling cloud, contact center or CRM technologies
- Ability to own strategic initiatives that contribute to our global go to market plan
- Ability to measure and report on how owned initiatives impact the business
- Ability to create a strong partnership with sales
