Job Summary

A scientific company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Cloud Security Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing and executing a holistic cybersecurity reference architecture for our cloud infrastructure
  • Leading the testing, launch, and continuous improvement of the firm’s cloud cybersecurity solutions
  • Proactively advising the business on how to maintain security posture

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Occasional travel might be required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience acceptable
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • 6+ years of experience designing and supporting Azure or AWS environments, including IaaS and PaaS
  • Experience maintaining unified security solutions across disparate cloud technologies, accounts, services, and landscapes
