Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Cloud Software Engineer Lead Developer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as Technical Development Lead for Kafka data streaming / microservices as assigned
  • Design and develop integration patterns using Apache KAFKA (Data Streaming)
  • Lead solution & system architecture for a number of enterprise-wide deployments

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience with Java Stack, Beam, Spark, Microservices, Spring technologies, or JavaScript
  • 2+ years of experience with Messaging Technologies like MQ Series, Kafka, Oracle AQ
  • 3+ years of experience working with NoSQL (Mongo / Graph etc.) and / or Relational DBs
  • Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals: unit testing, code reviews, Agile and DevOps
  • Experience with continuous integration / continuous delivery tools, REST API development, or similar
