Job Summary

A provider of computing services has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Cloud Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Crafting and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of company's services
  • Driving discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs and risk management
  • Providing advocacy and strategic technical direction to help plan and build solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 10-25% as needed
  • 7+ years of hands-on Infrastructure/Troubleshooting/Systems Administration experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on Networking/DevOps/Applications Development experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
