Job Summary
A provider of computing services has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Cloud Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Crafting and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of company's services
- Driving discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs and risk management
- Providing advocacy and strategic technical direction to help plan and build solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 10-25% as needed
- 7+ years of hands-on Infrastructure/Troubleshooting/Systems Administration experience
- 7+ years of hands-on Networking/DevOps/Applications Development experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
