Job Summary
An online retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Cloud Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of company services
- Providing advocacy and strategic technical direction to help plan and build solutions
- Keeping the customers’ technical environments operationally healthy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to travel 10-25% as needed
- 7+ years of hands-on Infrastructure / Troubleshooting / Systems Administration experience
- 7+ years of hands-on Networking / DevOps / Applications Development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience
