Job Summary

A financial services institution has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Commercial Banking Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing position profiles and postings that are attractive to potential candidates
• Reviewing internal and external candidate's resumes and assess their fit
• Conducting phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Requires 7 years minimum experience in full cycle recruiting
• Deep understanding and proven success rate of putting together and executing on sourcing strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and consultative skills and can influence at all levels
• Experience in the facilitation of behavioral-based interview training
