Telecommute Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Commercial Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Provide legal counsel (and offer practical business advice, as appropriate)
• Drive continuous improvement, scalability and operational excellence in deal processes and execution

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience at top tier law firm and/or in-house at a technology company
• Experience in negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements
• Excellent legal and business judgment
• Experience negotiating and drafting complex partnership agreements, with a focus on licensing and integrations
• Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivering extraordinary results on time
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.), current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
