Telecommute Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Commercial Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assist ingwith customer agreements, working closely with the sales team (at all levels)
• Negotiating NDAs, vendor contracts, consulting agreements, partnership agreements, and more
• Maintaiing and update company legal templates and facilitate their consistent use

Position Requirements Include:

• Must have a law degree from an accredited law school and admission to and active status in at least one state ba
• 2-4 years of experience gained in a large law firm and/or in-house position relevant to drafting, reviewing, and advising
• Understand commercial and contract law fundamentals, risk shifting, intellectual property ownership, and more
• Ability to manage shifting priorities within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment
• Strong writing, drafting and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
