Job Summary
A title and escrow provider has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Commercial Examiner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct title search & examination incident to the preparation of title insurance products utilizing a variety of media & sources
- Extract the title search results and compiles them into a chain of title for each title examination to be conducted
- Examine all instruments in the chain of title to determine the adequacy and legal sufficiency thereof
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years’ experience in Commercial title search & examination & preparation of title insurance commitments
- Must possess strong knowledge of title search and examination for Florida, all counties
- Must possess strong knowledge of underwriting procedures for Florida
- Must possess basic real property law knowledge
