Job Summary
A software technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Aiding in design, development, and deployment for innovative HR Compensation and Benefits policies
- Supporting annual compensation merit increase and annual bonus projections for C-suite leadership
- Designing presentations for internal client meetings and Executive-level meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with HRBPs and HR Services
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing company equity programs
- Ability to design and use analytics to monitor deployed programs
- Demonstrated understanding of market trends
- Ability to lead a work team and communicate program goals clearly
