Job Summary
A provider of an online food ordering platform is in need of a Telecommute Senior Compensation Insight and Analytics Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with our Sales, Onboarding and Restaurant Success teams and leadership to drive revenue
- Help build and improve Revenue Team compensation planning, own productivity reporting and headcount modeling
- Help build budget management support and define, report and analyze KPI
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a track record of driving strategic decision-making with Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Experience working with large data sets, enterprise reporting and dashboards and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Ability to remain flexible, adept at learning new tools and independently problem solve
- Ability to implement new systems and processes within a team atmosphere
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Office tools, Google Suite, Salesforce and JIRA
- A self-starter, and have demonstrated success
