Job Summary
A biosolutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Compensation Partner in Gaithersburg.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the implementation, communication, and administration of compensation programs and projects
- Building consultative and collaborative relationships with key partners in HR, Recruiting, Finance
- Building or modifying compensation processes that are scalable
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR either as a generalist
- Experience implementing compensation programs in a biotech, pharma, or health sciences company
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis and delivery of data to leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize difficult issues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate with all levels of leadership
