Must be able to:
- Grow and oversee company compensation policies and programs
- Analyze and level jobs to ascertain the scope of employee responsibilities and requirements
- Approve job offers at certain levels based on the company’s pay policies and practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- 3+ years of Compensation work experience
