Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Construction Project and Program Manager in Aliso Viejo.
Must be able to:
- Provide formal supervision to individual employees within a single operational area
- Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and that issues get escalated and resolved
- Provide program management from medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university
- Minimum of six years of related experience
- Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project
