Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Construction Project Manager in the Chicago Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Meeting with the Project Executive to review the project
• Developing an independent project schedule with the Superintendent
• Meeting with the Client and/or Architect to clarify the project scope

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of construction techniques and proper scheduling of subcontractors work
• Skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Excellent math skills and computer literacy
• Good organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy, solid math skills, and basic ability to read blueprints
