Job Summary
An infrastructure security solution provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Consul Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Triaging and solving incoming support requests via Zendesk within SLA
- Documenting and recording communication with customers in accordance with internal and external security standards
- Reproducing and debugging customer issues by using or building existing tooling or configuration
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend weekly product engineering meetings
- At least 5 years of Support Engineering
- A minimum of 8 years DevOps Engineering, Software Engineering
- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes and container-orchestration
- Experience with Consul and Envoy is a huge plus
- All other requirements necessary for this position
