Job Summary

An infrastructure security solution provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Consul Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Triaging and solving incoming support requests via Zendesk within SLA
  • Documenting and recording communication with customers in accordance with internal and external security standards
  • Reproducing and debugging customer issues by using or building existing tooling or configuration

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Attend weekly product engineering meetings
  • At least 5 years of Support Engineering
  • A minimum of 8 years DevOps Engineering, Software Engineering
  • Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes and container-orchestration
  • Experience with Consul and Envoy is a huge plus
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
