Job Summary
A healthcare services and transportation management company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Contact Center Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the client RFP, contract agreements, protocols, service level expectations
- Monitoring service levels and trip scheduling to ensure client and contract expectations for the Contact Centers are met
- Overseeing and ensuring consistency of the execution of CC Policies and Procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel, as needed, to provide support to contact center locations during implementations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 year previous management experience in a Customer Service or Contact Center operations
- Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
