Job Summary

A home health benefits management services company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Contract Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading the team and provide feedback and escalate when short of goals
• Assisting in supporting management in the oversight of Contract Managers
• Implementing new programs and policies to improve value and outcomes of provider contracts

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years’ experience
• Understand financial analysis and derive written summaries from data
• Background in provider contracting or other B2B partnerships in other industries
• Understand various provider reimbursement methodologies
• Have experience with bundled payment contracting or risk and capitation desired
