A financial company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Conventional Loan Underwriter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Completing thorough analysis of loan files to determine compliance
- Communicating loan decisions to appropriate parties
- Responding to post-closing, insuring and audit reviews
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 4+ years Conventional Underwriting or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Agency guidelines, documents and terminology
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to review conditions within posted turn times
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks
- Ability to cope with stress of a high production position
