Job Summary

A human resources outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Corporate Recruiter in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build a diverse pipeline of top HR, Legal, Finance, go to market, Sales candiates using creative sourcing methods
  • Seek out platforms, recruiting fairs, conferences and other opportunities to recruit underrepresented folks
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs and conduct positive interviews

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a consumer facing web/mobile startup
  • Familiarity around recruiting metrics and goals
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve recruiting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume startup environment
