Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Senior CRM Software Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and remediating issues that impede enabling customer greatness
- Proactively preparing for and delivering high quality implementation consulting services
- Driving innovative and transformative strategies which will ensure successful SaaS implementations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel onsite to deliver consulting and implementation services
- CRM experience (ideally MS Dynamics, 5-8+ years)
- Implementation and upgrade experience (3+ years)
- Implementation and upgrade experience (3+ years)
- Ability to communicate to C-level and project leaders both internally and externally
