Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Senior CRM Software Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and remediating issues that impede enabling customer greatness
  • Proactively preparing for and delivering high quality implementation consulting services
  • Driving innovative and transformative strategies which will ensure successful SaaS implementations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel onsite to deliver consulting and implementation services
  • CRM experience (ideally MS Dynamics, 5-8+ years)
  • Implementation and upgrade experience (3+ years)
  • Implementation and upgrade experience (3+ years)
  • Ability to communicate to C-level and project leaders both internally and externally
