Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Customer Insights Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Gather requirements, implement, analyze and suggest specific initiatives
  • Provide specific action items and recommendations based on data results
  • Act as daily point of contact with direct and indirect stakeholders

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • University degree or comparable experience
  • 8+ years industry experience in Cloud and On-Premise business models
  • Strong Business Analytics background
  • Experience with customer management systems or CRM
