Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Customer Insights Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Gather requirements, implement, analyze and suggest specific initiatives
- Provide specific action items and recommendations based on data results
- Act as daily point of contact with direct and indirect stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- University degree or comparable experience
- 8+ years industry experience in Cloud and On-Premise business models
- Strong Business Analytics background
- Experience with customer management systems or CRM
