Job Summary
A technology solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Relationship Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a high degree of communication with the management of each customer, including regularly scheduled conference calls and/or onsite, face-to-face visits
- Assisting with the research and resolution of all matters
- Building and maintaining close working relationships with all levels of customer staff and management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel Requirements Up to 25% of the time
- Minimum of 6 years of banking operations experience or customer relationship experience within the banking or financial industry
- Extensive knowledge of company products and services
