Job Summary

A software provider for local and state governments is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Reliability Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting the SaaS Migration team through development of standard processes
  • Providing inputs into Product Roadmap and SRE
  • Functioning as a Technical Architect for the SaaS Migration team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a Production Engineering, Operations, or SaaS Support
  • Great customer focus and empathy
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection
