Job Summary
A software provider for local and state governments is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Reliability Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the SaaS Migration team through development of standard processes
- Providing inputs into Product Roadmap and SRE
- Functioning as a Technical Architect for the SaaS Migration team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years in a Production Engineering, Operations, or SaaS Support
- Great customer focus and empathy
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
