Job Summary

A health company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Service Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Provide rapid, accurate, knowledgeable, respectful, cooperative and professional phone technical support
  • Implement the strategies and plans to create a supportive, learning environment
  • Analyze, facilitate and improve vendor management process.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 20% domestic/international travel
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of Customer Call Center Experience
  • 5+ years of vendor management experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in call center management, customer service, statistical analysis, data analysis or other
  • Understands the functioning of a technical support organization
