Job Summary
A health company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Service Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide rapid, accurate, knowledgeable, respectful, cooperative and professional phone technical support
- Implement the strategies and plans to create a supportive, learning environment
- Analyze, facilitate and improve vendor management process.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 20% domestic/international travel
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of Customer Call Center Experience
- 5+ years of vendor management experience
- 2+ years’ experience in call center management, customer service, statistical analysis, data analysis or other
- Understands the functioning of a technical support organization
