Job Summary

A global technology company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing relationships and engage with technical counterparts
  • Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Driving quickest possible time to value within subscription product entitlements

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel within assigned territory and other locations approximately 10% of time
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 5 years in a high-tech customer-facing role
  • Proficient in Public Cloud Providers including Azure, AWS, & Google Cloud
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON
  • Ability to effectively deliver and execute technical projects across multiple engagements
