Job Summary

A business services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Group Enablement Program Manager .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving scale and quality of CSG Enablement capabilities
  • Leading cross-functional project teams on internal program engagements
  • Creating and presenting executive level program/project reviews

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 - 10 years; program management expertise within a high-tech or consulting environment
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge
  • Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding
  • Excellent data analysis skills; ability to drive business insights with data driven arguments
