A cloud solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting periodic customer health-checks
- Serving as the primary point of contact post implementation
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Available to travel up to 35%
- Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of IT systems
- Bachelor's Degree Required or Equivalent Experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premise IT landscape
- 5+ years of customer success experience in SaaS organization
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security space
