Job Summary

A cloud-hosted, web and mobile application automated testing platform company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Actively managing the success of a portfolio of assigned Enterprise customers
  • Building relationships with multiple individuals in each account
  • Creating Success Plans and track critical action items for accounts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager at a high tech company
  • Cares about providing excellent customer service
  • Strong technical aptitude. Ability to be conversant on technical topics
  • Strong communicator who can give an excellent presentation and write clearly and concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The persistence to build relationships where none exists
