A cloud-hosted, web and mobile application automated testing platform company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Actively managing the success of a portfolio of assigned Enterprise customers
- Building relationships with multiple individuals in each account
- Creating Success Plans and track critical action items for accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager at a high tech company
- Cares about providing excellent customer service
- Strong technical aptitude. Ability to be conversant on technical topics
- Strong communicator who can give an excellent presentation and write clearly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The persistence to build relationships where none exists
