Job Summary

A publicly-traded identity management company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact post implementation
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customers and executive sponsors
  • Monitoring and identifying adoption and utilization trends

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Available to travel up to 35%
  • 5+ years of customer success experience in SaaS organization
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management and Security space
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premise IT landscape
  • Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of IT systems
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and ground breaking infrastructures
