Job Summary
A publicly-traded identity management company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact post implementation
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customers and executive sponsors
- Monitoring and identifying adoption and utilization trends
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Available to travel up to 35%
- 5+ years of customer success experience in SaaS organization
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management and Security space
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premise IT landscape
- Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of IT systems
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and ground breaking infrastructures
