Job Summary

A software development firm has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager in Lehi.

  • Provide strategic direction to clients
  • Help the Client Success Representative by acting as an escalation channel to resolve any and all problems
  • Engage in strategic conversations with each client's executive sponsors to ensure business outcomes are being attained

  • Attend regular 'code red' meetings and discuss solutions with your supervisor for clients at risk of churn
  • Proven history of high performance in Client Success at Solutionreach or within the healthcare industry
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and up-to-date on all work
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
