A software development firm has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager in Lehi.

- Provide strategic direction to clients
- Help the Client Success Representative by acting as an escalation channel to resolve any and all problems
- Engage in strategic conversations with each client's executive sponsors to ensure business outcomes are being attained

- Proven history of high performance in Client Success at Solutionreach or within the healthcare industry
