A software development firm has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager in Lehi.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provide strategic direction to clients
- Help the Client Success Representative by acting as an escalation channel to resolve any and all problems
- Engage in strategic conversations with each client's executive sponsors to ensure business outcomes are being attained

- Attend regular 'code red' meetings and discuss solutions with your supervisor for clients at risk of churn
- Proven history of high performance in Client Success at Solutionreach or within the healthcare industry
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and up-to-date on all work
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
