A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prioritize strategic opportunities and develop a plan for how to retain and grow those customers
- Own and manage your accounts
- Accurately track customer satisfaction and product utilization
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to engage c-suite level executives with excellent public speaking skills
- Bachelors Degree or higher preferred
- 4+ years of experience in the health landscape
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success
- Experience working with c-suite level executives
