Job Summary
An electronics company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying knowledge gaps and trends to develop training and build the skills of fellow engineers
- Using advanced troubleshooting techniques and programming skills to make needed modifications to customer database
- Assisting in conducting business evaluations and document findings in the agreed upon turn-around times
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Flexibility to provide onsite support, as needed
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of customer support experience
- Concentration in/familiarity with other applications to develop integration expertise
