Job Summary

An electronics company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying knowledge gaps and trends to develop training and build the skills of fellow engineers
  • Using advanced troubleshooting techniques and programming skills to make needed modifications to customer database
  • Assisting in conducting business evaluations and document findings in the agreed upon turn-around times

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Flexibility to provide onsite support, as needed
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of customer support experience
  • Concentration in/familiarity with other applications to develop integration expertise
