Developing KPIs and metrics
Evaluating and improving the performance and effectiveness of large-scale healthcare related directly addressable (email, SMS, autodial, etc) outreach systems

Qualifications for this position include:

2+ years of work experience working with structured/unstructured data
Proficiency in one or more general or statistical programming languages such as Python, Ruby or R - and/or interest in learning new ones
