Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Data Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, building and maintaining real-time and batch ETL pipeline that can scale
  • Architecting, developing and maintaining our data warehouse and analytics database
  • Taking ownership of scaling, performance, security, and reliability of our data infrastructure

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of experience with designing, building, and maintaining robust ETL Pipelines
  • 3+ years of experience with database technologies
  • Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem - PySpark, AWS EMR
  • Experience with Python coding language
  • Experience querying massive datasets using Spark, Presto
  • Deployed ML models in a production environment
