Job Summary
A digital life insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Data Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building robust solutions for transferring data
- Creating data pipelines to and from internal and external sources
- Creating a framework for adding additional data sources, transformations and destinations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of data engineering and/or DBA experience
- Experience with columnar databases such as Google BigQuery or Amazon Redshift
- A wiz at relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Know multi-source data ingestion into data warehouses
- Have worked with cloud hosting platforms like AWS or others
- Proficient with Python 3
