An information technology and services company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Data Engineer in Louisville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acquiring and integrating new data sources into the larger data ecosystem
- Developing batch data ingestion processes using a traditional ETL tools
- Assisting in defining, building, and documenting data models
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering
- Knowledge of modern data architecture, data warehousing and modeling
- Experience developing ETL workflows
- Extensive Experience with SQL technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server or Teradata
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team
