A managed healthcare and insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Data Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising business and operations data leads, responsible for guidance, support, performance, direction and outcomes
- Being a hands-on leader responsible to lead consultative engagements regarding new data requirements
- Working with business counterparts on operational readiness activities
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of people leading experience
- 7+ years of leadership experience in an operations environment
- 4+ years of data background and proficiency in concepts
- Demonstrated success using the principles and processes of customer service
- Ability to maintain and interpret accurate data and prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materials
