Job Summary
A mattress and bedding manufacturer and retailer is seeking a Telecommute Senior Data Science Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Writing and maintaining existing data pipelines via webhooks, APIs, and external services like Stitch Data
- Managing the data warehouse and ETL/ELT processes
- Ensuring that data definitions used across teams are consistent and sources of data are easily accessible
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 2 years experience working with data infrastructures
- Experience with modeling data in a data warehouse
- Knowledge of one or more of these languages: Python, R, Javascript, or Ruby
- Very proficient in SQL. You will be the goto for any data needs in the company
- Experience working with a BI tool like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau
