Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Data Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze data requirements; build, test, and document interfaces
  • Develop and enhance existing processes for data flows
  • Develop and deploy production services

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, or similar quantitative fields
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with various data formats, e.g. XML, JSON, CSV
  • Working knowledge of Network Connectivity / VPN / Firewall / TCP/IP
  • Skilled in Python, Java, or other data intensive programming languages
  • Hands-on experience in data flows, ETL, large scale analytics
  • Hands on experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
