Job Summary

A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Database Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementing, Configuring of Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, and PostgreSql databases
  • Implementing HA solution and define Backup/Recovery strategy
  • Defining technical infrastructure environment using Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, and PostgreSql

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of solid database admin experience using products such as Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, PostgreSQL
  • 5+ years of database production support
  • 3+ years of strong UNIX/LINUX background
  • 3+ years of experience with UNIX Korn Shell
  • 2+ years of experience with Azure or AWS cloud
