A department store chain has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Department Store Digital Product Ops Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify where standardization in tools and processes will create the most positive impact

Required Skills:

• Four-year degree or
• Equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience across technology product management and/or agile coaching
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Strong ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across levels and functions
