Job Summary
An enterprise software product provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Design Researcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Deeply collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver research insights
- Recruiting participants and facilitating research activities
- Processing the data into useful formats
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors or equivalent
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and a passion for data
- Proven experience designing and facilitating a range of research methods
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the implications of research finding in clear and compelling ways
- Track record of collaborating across disciplines to drive change into products
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team
