Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior DevOps Public Cloud Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide standard methodologies and a good approach to large scale problems
  • Define, collect and interpret product/system requirements
  • Craft architecture and system design documents

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Conduct presentations internally and externally
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience (or Master's Degree with 6 years' experience or a PhD with 3 years’ experience or equivalent experience)
  • A deep understanding of cloud architecture and services in multiple public clouds
  • Experience in the automation of code deployment across multiple cloud providers
  • Experience with at least one software configuration management system
  • Experience with VMWare and/or Docker
  • Proven scripting skills in Python, Perl, Bash, Ansible, etc.
  • Strong analytic/troubleshooting skills
