An engineering solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior DFT Engineer in San Jose.
Must be able to:
- Test coverage and test cost reduction analysis
- Implement all the DFT modes of a design
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BSEE with 5+ years of DFT experience
- Experience with DFT tools from Tessent and Cadence
- Experience implementing MBIST, JTAG and scan, and performing vector verification
- Good understanding of RTL design, Verilog and SystemVerilog
- Excellent communications skills
