Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Disaster Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring, training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of direct reports and volunteers
- Representing the entire disaster function of preparedness, response and recovery
- Executing a comprehensive district response when required
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to travel
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years staff management experienc
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience with social services or service/program delivery
- Experience providing leadership to a department, program or service
- Ability to interpret program trends, results, and related data to formulate recommendations
