A software company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Employee Communications Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing an innovative, sustainable and scalable DE&I charter that will continue to raise the bar
- Setting objectives that will accelerate our differentiated culture
- Creating a roadmap and stakeholder map that holds us accountable to advancing DE&I agenda
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to develop practical, systemic DE&I strategies and execution plans globally
- Experience taking programs all the way from idea through implementation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and position the vision/strategy with a variety of audiences
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, be self-driven, multitask and manage dynamically changing, competing priorities and deadlines
