Job Summary
A consulting agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Dynamics AX 365 Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead production issue resolution
- Support existing, live AX/365 clients and internal AX/365 implementation teams
- Communicate with clients and meeting committed deadlines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimal travel is required
- Required to provide timely and frequent updates on high-priority issues
- Must be capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and handling a large project load
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Degree in Management Information Systems
- Ability to set expectations both internally and with clients
